Occupational Therapy Assistant (Pediatric Home-Based Care)

Your Role:
- Deliver personalized pediatric occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of licensed OTs.
- Implement creative, evidence-based treatment plans to support developmental goals (e.g., fine motor skills, self-care, play).
- Build trusting relationships with families by providing education and progress updates.
- Maintain documentation using our user-friendly digital platform.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Mississippi OTA License (required).
- Professional Liability Insurance (required)
- Passion for Pediatrics: Experience with children (ages 0-10) preferred, but new grads with pediatric enthusiasm are encouraged to apply!
- Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle caseloads, documentation, and communication.
- Reliable Transportation: Willingness to travel within assigned regions (mileage reimbursement provided).
