Job Summary:

Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Trash Out position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Trash Out role consists cleaning out trash from abandoned apartment units. If you are someone who is looking for a reliable full-time job in a rapidly growing industry, we want to talk to you!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Using a company truck, complete 2-3 trash outs per day
• Check in, take photos, and document work done at each property using our proprietary app
• Work quickly and efficiently to complete jobs

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time
• Must be able to move quickly using a broom and dust pan
• Must be able to operate a vehicle safely for 6 hours at a time
• Must be able to work the early shift of 6 AM to 4 PM

Driving Requirement:

• Driver's license and driving record in good standing

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18-$21 per hour based on experience
• Overtime available to top performers
