Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The program will provide an applied training experience where you will gain insight into the Ally brand, consumers and support analytics capabilities and emerging technologies. The Work Itself
- The immersive experience, development opportunities, and peer mentor provides an opportunity to learn and apply skills while creating a solid foundation to start your career
- The program provides participants 8-month rotations in three of the following areas: Data Analytics, Strategy Analytics, Risk Analytics, Data Management, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence & Visualization
- Within the rotations, the participant will have the opportunity to demonstrate their analytical, leadership, project management, problem solving, innovation, and communications skills
- This is an outstanding opportunity for the participants to gain a diversity of business experience in a short period of time and launch their careers as leaders at Ally
The Skills You Bring
- Mobile and willingness to relocate across the U.S.
- Must have earned an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher between July 2024 and June 2025
- Proven work experience or internship in financial services, preferred
- High-level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, influencing skills and eagerness to learn about Ally’s business
- A consistent track record of success demonstrated through the articulation of quantitative and qualitative results
- Strong candidates will possess/display excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Additional technology skills may be required based on rotation (example: Python, SQL, etc.)
