Join the Contract Processing leadership team as the Operation Manager responsible for providing daily oversight to staff to grow the operation in support of company’s vision and values. Focus areas include achieving business plan objectives typically across multiple product lines, ensuring sound business practices that will satisfy audit requirements, hiring and motivating the team, mentoring and developing leaders, coaching and counseling employees as needed, minimizing employee turnover, assessing training needs, representing Consumer Credit Operations in a professional manner to clients, and driving the team to deliver best in class service. Base Pay Range: $90000 - $150000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.

The Work Itself
- Responsible for internal operations management and owning the day-to-day activities in support of business objectives.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of direct reports which include leaders.
- Participate in project management activities, program development efforts, process enhancement initiatives, and compliance management efforts intended to facilitate achievement of objectives.

- Driving results through reporting and using analytics to strategize business directions/goals.
- Delivers continuously improving year on year expense results by improving processes, increasing productivity, introducing new technologies, and effectively managing projects.
- Process knowledge of all contract processing lines of business (Retail, Lease, CSG, Ally Plus, etc.)
- Works with internal and external customers on escalated requests and provides alternate solutions.
- Monitor process volume/performance, identify unusual volume fluctuations, variances, and process performance deterioration, including action plan to reverse negative trends.
- Oversee creating, presenting and following up on JIRA ticket submissions.
- Train and develop Contract Processors through one-on-one coaching, monitoring and audits.
- Meet quality standards and assigned productivity metrics through rigorous quality control, and compliance programs to include an ongoing control/compliance self-assessment process.
- Work collaboratively with the HRBPs and the leadership team on staffing issues.
- Effectively communicate with CPC Sr Leadership on updates, present business changes, training, and procedures.
- Regularly interacts with operations leadership and stakeholders and provides insight on trends.
- Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
- Provide daily direction and communication to employees so that Contract Processing functions are performed in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
- Administer performance evaluations and salary treatment consistent with company guidelines.
- Create and develop plans of action for execution of initiatives, system tools and enhancements.
- Monitor productivity measurements, reporting and outputs.
- Manage staffing levels.
- Work with Legal and Compliance on risk assessments and audits ensuring safeguards are in place.
- Manage quarterly compliance requirements and other required training/initiatives.
- Leadership responsibilities to promote mentoring, and growth development of direct reports.
- Properly notates any exception or direct action on every file where personally involved.
- Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures in order to research/handle escalated/complex issues and to accurately respond to employees, and customers’ inquiries.
- Ability to lead large and complex teams with minimal employee relations issues.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 5 years of Leadership experience is preferred.
- Contract processing experience is preferred.
- 4 years’ experience in the financial services industry is needed.
- Ability to provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
- Ability to analyze, define and drive process improvement using Six Sigma tools and methodology.
- Routinely and effectively resolves complex issues effectively and with a positive attitude.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across business levels (both vertically and horizontally).
- Ability to support multiple assignments and stakeholders, prioritize workload for self, and coordinate with teammates to meet deadlines.
- Ability to organize data and exercise effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with up and downstream business partners in a collaborative and team-oriented manner.
