The Opportunity
The Senior Analyst – Dealer Setup will be leading the dealer enrollment/support activities while managing special projects and assignments relating to the team’s responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide mentoring, guidance and oversight to the Dealer Setup team’s day-to-day operations. This involves working closely with the New Business team, Sales & Customer Support team as well as Sales Field Teams. The Senior Analyst will also work to establish best practices while continuously optimizing existing processes.

Base Pay Range: $70000 - $100000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.

The Work Itself
- Manage the Dealer Setup Team members to ensure dealer enrollment/updates including reinsurance, billing preferences, dealer price adjustments, etc. are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and lead projects and special assignments that are related to the Dealer Setup / Configuration Team responsibilities
- Extracting and analyzing dealer enrollment related data on a regular basis to ensure that all quality review targets are met with a high level of accuracy.
- Responsible for the configuration of the Dealer Setup related project deliverables. This will include creating artifacts for program assignment, region realignment, price adjustments and commission structure updates.
- Continuously looks for ways to Be Better and optimize existing processes.
The Skills You Bring
- 3 years of relative experience in financial services preferred
- Knowledge of the Dealer Enrollment, Dealer Sales Support and New Business processes is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required. A major in a field such as data science/analytics preferred.
- Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Office applications including Access and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new processes, systems and controls quickly with minimal training.
