FOH (Server/Bartender/Host)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Sanitize tables, utensils, and service areas regularly to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment throughout service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including specials and wine pairings for fine dining experiences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper math skills for processing payments.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest services are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are highly valued traits for this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $5.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
