Job Title:

Entry Level PC Tech

Location:

Washington, DC

Minimum Requirements:

• Recent college graduate or trade school graduate with technical support focus
• Basic familiarity with computer/mobile/printer hardware
• Demonstrated experience moving, installing, wiping, and configuring end user computers (on site and via remote) in an Enterprise IT Environment
• Microsoft 365 (M365) software familiarity
• Use of Outlook, MS Word
  
  

Ability to work varying schedule with little notice

• Most work will be M-F/daytime, but schedule will vary frequently (sometimes early, late, and longer/shorter shifts)
• There will be weekend and potentially holiday work
  
  

Reliable transportation to/from work

• Easy access to D.C. Metro
• Closest stop on blue/orange/silver lines
  
  

Other:

• CompTIA A CE Certification a plus
  
  

Salary:

$ 20 - 25/hr
