Senior Software Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Map and document existing applications and workflows in preparation for legacy application and data migration to technologies such as ServiceNow and Salesforce applications.
- Provide the customer with ongoing software development and consulting services.
- Develop, maintain, customize, distribute, and manage the system configuration; provide emergency response and testing.
- Provide user and technical documentation.
- Build effective customer relationships.
