10 - 14 days out (longer if you want, your choice)
52 cpm - .56 cpm
Detention $16 after 2 hours
Short haul $25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles
Breakdown $75 a day
Stop pay $30
Avg weekly mileage 1,800-2,400
Dead head 10% - 15%
Touch freight 0%
Drop and hook 60 / 40
Live unload 20% - 30%
