Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to teach courses in psychopathology, foundations of psychology, and clinical interviewing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical or counseling psychology and a commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching.
- Teach six units throughout the academic year
- Instruct courses in psychopathology, foundations of psychology, and clinical interviewing
- Develop and implement curriculum for introductory psychology courses
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in clinical or counseling psychology. For instructor rank, a Ph.D./Psy.D. is preferred. Additionally, you must be able to teach psychopathology effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications are desirable but not required: college-level teaching experience, experience working with underrepresented populations, and demonstrated effectiveness in undergraduate teaching.
