Position Title: Teacher/Assistant Football Coach/Head Cross Country Coach/Assistant Track Coach
Department: Alma Middle School
Reports To: Athletic Director
School Year: 2024-25
Contract: 210Days

Salaries:
Qualifications:
- Holds or is able to secure Arkansas teacher license
- Valid Arkansas Coaching certification or endorsement
- Teaching area will be determined
- Spring Sport Assignment to be determined
- CDL encouraged, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth
- Appropriate classroom management skills
- Assist Offensive Coordinator with day to day operations of defensive football
- Assist with Special Teams responsibilities
- Assist Head Spring Sport with day to day responsibilities of their program
- Will help develop and assist with the off season program
- Will assist the Head Coach with the day to day operations of the program 7-12
- Demonstrate an active interest in the academic progress of student athletes in an attempt to prevent academic eligibility problems
- Other duties as assigned
