ASSISTANT MANAGER is a role that requires strong leadership qualities and first-class professionalism. The Assistant Manager is accountable for managing people, daily workload, and shop work flow. This role would involve recruiting, hiring, and training new staff as well as developing a strong culture within the shop. The ideal candidate would possess in-depth heavy duty mechanical experience, provide servant leadership to the team, and work to assess, set, and achieve sales and service goals for this location. Time management is very important, your considerate thought will ensure that customers get their fleet back on the road as soon as possible.
