Your Role:
As a Client Experience Specialist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. Your role is crucial in creating a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients, even when they’re not physically in the clinic. From managing appointments to handling inquiries and financial transactions, your empathy and efficiency will help ensure our clients feel supported and valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling via phone, text, and email.
- Maintain accurate medical records and handle administrative tasks like mailing and filing.
- Assist with prescription fulfillment, over-the-counter sales, and financial transactions.
- Support veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors as needed.
- Oversee client check-ins and check-outs for a smooth experience.
- Keep the front office and reception area organized and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For:
- Veterinary Experience: Prior experience in a veterinary setting is ideal.
- Customer Service Skills: At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ensuring positive interactions.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Professionalism: Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to high standards.
- Passion for Animal Care: A genuine dedication to providing top-tier care and experience.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow within our Fear Free framework.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with Avimark veterinary software.
- Fear Free Certification (or a willingness to obtain it).
