This internship program gives students an immersive look into the daily operations of our agency and the world of modern culture marketing. Interns gain hands-on experience across various mediums, including digital campaigns, print ads, TV commercials, websites, and experiential design. They also participate in workshops, networking opportunities, and real client projects to build a strong portfolio and a deeper understanding of our work. Throughout the program, interns collaborate on a primary project, presenting it to the entire agency at the program's conclusion. During the final week, they complete exit interviews and evaluations.

About The Program
- Dates: Monday, June 2 - Friday, August 1, a total of 9 weeks.
- Location: 2601 S. Bayshore Dr, Floor 4, Coconut Grove, Florida 33133
- Hours: Interns will be expected to a work 32-40 hour work week.
- Work Model: 3/2 Hybrid - Interns are expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. However, all interns are required to be present in-person for their Group Project Presentation, taking place at the end of the program.
- Discipline: Account Services, Art Direction, Copywriting, Strategy and Planning, Project Management, or Digital Content
- US based students
- Upper-level undergraduate or master’s students
- A PLUS if you are fulfilling academic credit from a US university
- Must be available to participate in the Miami office for the majority of the program, especially being in-person for the Final Project Presentation.
- Enthusiastic about learning, growing, and collaborating
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Not afraid to ask questions and seeks clarification when needed
- Clear and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Works well in a team environment and contributes positively to group dynamics
- Basic understanding or interest in the advertising industry
