Almac Group is currently seeking an Equipment Manager for our Souderton, PA location. The equipment manager will manage all Machine Technician personnel and Engineering staff employed by Almac Clinical Services in the packaging and engineering areas ensuring that quality is maintained in products for the safety, well-being, and protection of the patient.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all machine technician staff working within the production areas. This will include ensuring staff have the proper technical knowledge and providing staff with regular performance updates.
- Manage resources to ensure Production equipment is set-up and cleaned/cleared in accordance with GMP and packaging specifications to meet production requirements.
- Manage Engineering Coordinator and/or assist on any engineering projects (site specific or global).
- Manage work priorities of Machine Technician Supervisors in line with the Production schedule and identify actions to improve profitability and efficiencies.
- Manage all equipment pertaining to packaging/labeling production to ensure proper functionality, cleaning/clearances, and planned maintenance programs.
- Review departmental KPIs and Quality Investigations timely and accurately and put corrective actions in place to prevent recurrences.
Required Experience / Education:
- 5 or more years supervisory experience
- Packaging or similar Equipment Experience
- Technical Degree or Professional Qualification in Engineering/Mechanical (or equivalent industry work experience)
- Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industry

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
