Almac Group is currently seeking a Lead Training Specialist - Supply Chain Strategy for our Souderton, PA location. The Lead Training Specialist - Supply Chain Strategy is responsible for leading training programs, compliance curricula, and managing the end-to-end cycle of training needs within Clinical Services departments.
The CS Lead Training Specialist is responsible for overseeing the provision of all training specific to the Supply Chain Strategy and Pharmacy Services departments specific roles at any ACS site. Responsibilities will encompass the consultation and project management of global compliance training initiatives, oversight and appropriate design of quality education materials, the leading of Education Resources and CS Training Specialists, and improving the effectiveness of departmental new hire onboarding programs. Responsibility extends to education of roles in other departments, customers and other external users of the Almac services supported by the department
