What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Intern- Graphic Design position at Almac Group?
Almac Group is currently seeking a Marketing Intern for our Souderton, PA location. The Clinical Services Marketing Intern- Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with the Global Marketing team to develop engaging graphics for promotional campaigns, website material and printed collateral, ensuring all designs adhere to our strict corporate brand guidelines and standards.

Almac Group’s 10-week internship program runs from early June to early August. We offer a supportive, friendly working environment where you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to modern industry. It’s a unique opportunity to experience many parts of the contract development and manufacturing business while making a key contribution. In addition to hands on experience in your role, interns will have the opportunity to grow their professional skills through trainings and networking events with colleagues at Almac, as well as other interns.
To apply, you must be an undergraduate who has completed at least their sophomore year. We are looking for students with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who are organized and enjoy analyzing information and solving problems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Marketing Team in creating visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
- Support the creation of design assets such as logos, icons, and illustrations
- Help maintain and organize the digital asset library
- Support all marketing and commercial initiatives across regions and different stakeholder groups.
- Responsibilities may include supporting trade shows, gathering customer insight, producing case studies, customer relationship marketing, or business unit focus.
- Produce and drive delivery of marketing tactics on a daily basis and support routine in market activities.
Required Experience / Education:
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Business or a related field
- Pharmaceutical or ‘scientific’ industry experience/knowledge
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of the Canva platform
- Strong Communication Skills
- Able to manage own workload
- Self-motivated, Flexible, dependable and available
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
- Quick Thinker able to develop concepts and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
