What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Coordinator 2nd Shift position at Almac Group?
Almac Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for verifying and packing clinical site orders. Order processing is limited to the following types of shipments:
US/Canada/Puerto Rico
- Ambient
- Controlled room temperature
- Refrigerated
- Frozen
- Picking Material for distribution orders
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review documents for clarity, correctness, completeness and compliance
- Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.
- Pack customer orders based on customer specific protocols and their specific Distribution Instructions
- Generate UPS and FedEx shipper address labels
- Pick Distribution Orders
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Required Work Experience:
- 1 years in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Preferred experience:
- Clinical Trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry
- Shipping experience
- ERP system(s)
