This position is responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects. Oversees, directs, and manages the general contractors and contracted consultants responsible for developing project scope, budget, and schedule, to establish operational priorities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively prepare job estimates, decipher blueprints and analyze renderings for appropriate with work timetables and accurate quoting.
- Report project progress and budget to client.
- Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner.
- Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities. Manage team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
- Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise.
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements.
- Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a team.
- Lead changes in the operation as necessary, in conjunction with the project team to best meet construction deadlines.
- Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient. Offering direction to Superintendent to ensure accurate completion of project scope.
- Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a team.
- Manage construction sites ensuring obstacles and hazards are controlled. Keep SAFETY 1st in all activities.
