Skilled Labor Job Responsibilities:

Deliver 5 STAR Customer Experiences

• Perform tasks as instructed to meet the scope of the project and customer expectation.

Lead Operational Excellence

• Installation of structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware using hand or power tools per plan, drawings and to current relevant building code
• May perform construction in the areas of concrete, carpentry, painting, Hang and finish gypsum, flooring, and ceilings.
• Perform construction work related to new construction, remodeling or modifying buildings
• Demolish, replace or construct walls, including framing, drywall and other finish-out functions
• Shape or cut materials to specified measurements as noted on building plans or reasonably implied

Build Talent in World-Class Culture

• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
• Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. Keep SAFETY 1st in all activities.
• Performs all functions in accordance with the "Yes I Can" philosophy. Providing support, backup and training, and performs work in other positions, as qualified, when needed. Completes special projects and other duties as assigned
