Customer Service Team Member

Pay Range : $10.00 to $12.00

You are responsible for providing great customer service and hospitality.

  • Take Orders and communicate menu options to guest as needed.
  • Make beverages and desserts to complete orders.
  • Properly bag orders and ensure order accuracy during the fulfilment process.
  • Clean dining room, restrooms and parking lot to ensure cleanliness meets customer standards.
  • Work cooperatively with teammates, which includes customer service and kitchen employees.
  • Provide hospitality to customers both dine-in and drive-thru.
  • Able to add value to business by restocking, deep cleaning restaurant and preparing restaurant to be ready for high volume periods.

    • Skills Required :

  • Work in a team and execute as an individual to support fulfilment process.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to learn and apply learning.
  • Use good two-way communication.
  • Able to lift 40lbs or more.
  • Complete duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Able to be to work on time.
  • 16 years of age or older.

  • Bilingual, however, not required.
