Job Summary:
Almost Family, Klamath Falls is currently seeking an experienced Full Time Caregiver to provide direct care and support services for our patients in accordance with individualized service plans. The ideal candidate would have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a strong team player, and be passionate about providing quality care.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. Benefits include vacation time, health insurance, and a 401K plan.
Responsibilities:
• Administer basic patient care as outlined by the patient’s individualized service plan.
• Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assistance with feeding.
• Provide companionship and support to patients.
• Listen and respond appropriately to patient needs.
• Monitor and document patients’ health and well-being.
• Communicate changes in health status to physician and family members.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• Compassion and empathy for the needs of patient
• Valid Driver’s License
