We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team for per diem day visits in Menominee and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards, as prescribed by physicians or authorized by state/program requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical nursing assessments to ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services.
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care according to federal and state program requirements, collaborating with other community providers.
- Initiate plan of care revisions as needed, with physician approval, to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Must have current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification is required.
