We are seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse to work in Hermansville, MI.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing and personal care to patients as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program.
- Coordinate the plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care.
- Conduct clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements.
- Develop and revise individualized plans of care according to federal and/or state program requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year experience as an RN is preferred.
- Must have current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification is required.
