What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Caregiver position at Almost Family Personal Care?
We are seeking a Home and Community Based Services Aide to provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for individuals in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager, and notify them immediately in case of any incidents or accidents.
- Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients from bed to chair or wheelchair.
- Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
Requirements:
- Six months of experience in home care preferred.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
