Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee clinical operations, including scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing, and reimbursement process* Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals* Develop and implement individualized plans of care* Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other clinicians involved in care as appropriate* Ensure accurate completion of clinical medical record documentation, including electronic visit verification* Assist with complaint investigation, resolution, and follow-up as assigned* Provide oversight to the agency's infection control plan and practice
Requirements
* A registered nurse (RN) with a minimum of one year of Home Care related experience* Supervisory or management experience preferred* Current CPR certification* Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
