Clinical Services Director for Home Health Agency

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
2. Oversee scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communications, billing, and reimbursement processes.
3. Ensure coordination with physicians, families, and other clinicians involved in care.
4. Communicate effectively with staff to ensure they are informed and educated through staff orientation, case conferences, and mandatory in-services.
5. Ensure that only qualified personnel are hired and competent to perform all services and tasks assigned.
6. Provide in-home visits as needed.
7. Provide oversight and ensure accurate completion of clinical medical record documentation, including electronic visit verification.
