Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective patient care.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient care services.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and adherence to individualized plans of care for patients.
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with staff through regular meetings, training sessions, and updates.
- Ensure that all staff members are qualified and competent to perform their duties.
- Provide oversight and accuracy of clinical medical record documentation, including electronic visit verification.
- Assist with complaint investigations, resolutions, and follow-ups as assigned.
- Oversee the agency's infection control plan and practice.
- Serve as Emergency Management Coordinator in the absence of the Executive Director.
- Participate in Performance Improvement and Compliance Programs, including policy adherence and action plan development.
