Position Overview:
We are excited to welcome driven and ambitious individuals to join our team. Materials, inventory and storage are an essential part of our overall operations, as this is critical to the hands-on renovation of properties, contributing to our mission of providing safe and comfortable housing solutions. Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all materials, tools, and equipment in storage facilities
- Order materials online, arrange for pick-ups and deliveries, validate purchases, facilitate returns as necessary
- Fulfill materials to jobsites from storage or store pickups/deliveries as needed
- Facilitate and supervise trash removal from job sites, city notices, and turns
- Track wifi equipment
- Track and manage maintenance of vehicles
- Support other administrative, maintenance, and construction areas of the company as needed
- Evaluate, recommend, deploy, and manage a procurement and inventory management system
- Organize storage areas with floorplans, security, inventory controls, staging, and provisioning systems
- Develop inventory standards and thresholds for re-ordering materials
- Develop a system for tracking tools and equipment
- Develop a system for tracking rebates, warranties, and claims
- Develop a system for tracking vehicle maintenance
Requirements:
- Prior experience with purchasing, receiving, storage, and transport of goods
- Ability to lift and maneuver bulk items
- Ability to read budgets, spec sheets, and other construction-related reporting
- Organized and neat
- High energy and sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize and manage their schedule effectively and independently
- Cost-conscious
- Focus on security for our materials and assets
- Honest and trustworthy

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
