OVERVIEW
An active member of the yoga community with excellent communication skills who is punctual and reliable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain ALO Yoga brand aesthetic, energy, and culture.
- Uphold company policies and procedures and approach all situations with respect and empathy.
- Customer Service :
Greet and assist clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Promote and sell memberships and class packages to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 29 hours per week. All employees' availability must suit the needs of the business, which are subject to change. The General / Store Manager determines availability needs and creates a schedule including morning, evening, and weekend shifts. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of Thanksgiving including “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and that weekend until the end of the holiday season, first week of January.

The Company’s Associate base pay range is $17.00 per hour in Washington D.C. Associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range. The range listed is just one component of the Company’s total rewards package for retail employees.
