Intermediate skills in User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.Technical Understanding : Strong technical literacy, including an in-depth understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the overall technology stack's impact on user experience.Innovative & Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to develop exceptional user experiences that surpass expectations, drive innovation, and create compelling "north star " visions.System-Level Thinking : Familiarity with system-level thinking and its application in design.Executive Communication : Comfortable and confident presenting work and ideas to executive stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications : Accessibility & Inclusion : A champion for Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices.Proven Success : Track record of leading design work on successful digital products, showcasing user- and human-centered design approaches.Front-End Familiarity : Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, and mobile UI standards.Responsibilities : Lead and collaborate on the design of user-centered experiences for digital products.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business goals and technical feasibility.Present design concepts and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, including executives.Stay current on UX design trends and advocate for best practices.
