Job Title : Application Analyst II
Location : Remote (Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Utah) or 9200 West Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53226
Duration : 6 months
Role Overview :
This will be a Beaker Analyst role, focusing on general lab maintenance and small projects. If there was an analyst with both Epic Beaker certification / experience and also happens to have WellSky Transfuse knowledge / experience, that would be preferred, but only the Beaker experience is required.

Duties :
- Completes installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications on supported platforms.
- Proactively identifies and resolves basic and more complex problems.
- Coordinates across teams for support, maintenance, and project-related activities.
- Prepares required system documentation to aid in troubleshooting, disaster recovery practices, core initiatives, and cross-training.
- Develops, maintains, and nurtures relationships with key customers.
- Participates in the on-call process and routes or escalates tickets appropriately.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in areas of responsibility.
- Utilizes Project Management Methodologies and tools as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
