Cloud ETL Developer Only W2 (Citizen, GC, GC EAD )
Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Candidate Preference : Candidates located within 40-50 miles of Richmond, VA.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :
- ETL & BI : 10 years of experience delivering business data analysis and implementing ETL processes and business intelligence solutions.
- Agile Business Analysis : 5 years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology.
- Backlog Management : Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
- Requirement Translation : Ability to translate client and product strategy requirements into dataset requirements and user stories.
- SQL Expertise : Exceptional experience writing complex SQL queries for SQL Server and Oracle.
- Azure Databricks : Experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and transformation.
- ESRI ArcGIS : Experience with ESRI ArcGIS for spatial data handling and analysis.
- Data Management : Experience with enterprise data management principles and practices.
- Microsoft Office Suite : Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
- Reporting Systems : Experience with reporting systems, including operational data stores, data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
- Communication : Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
