Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a temporary assignment. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about elder care and committed to driving clinical excellence within a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality patient care.
- Guide, mentor, and manage the nursing team.
- Promote collaboration and a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Active RN license (BSN preferred)
- 1 year of leadership experience in long-term care
- 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of MDS and state/federal regulations
- Must be available for on-call duties
