Duration : 24 Month (s) 24 months (must have a minimum of 12 months of eligible tenure
Location : Charlotte, NC - Hybrid Roles (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days WFH)
Job Descriptions :
In this contingent resource assignment, you may : Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications :
8 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Full Stack Java Developer with Angular 8 Front-End Experience
Must be able to be in office Monday through Wednesday on a regular basis.
INTAKE : Top Skills :
5 years of development experience
2-3 years of Angular experience, displayed experience in version 6 or greater
2-3 years Spring Boot
2-3 years Java

Working on enhancement work of the Operational Risk Platform (ORP) open-source driven platform with Angular, Spring Boot, and Java. Will be aligned to Axis, which supports the FRC governance team.
Will be working with a scrum team of 6-8. Will be responsible for independently delivering on story work within each sprint. Responsible for doing estimations, requirements breakdowns, and development work to deliver on the assigned stories. 2-week sprints.
Daily stand up and team meetings in the mornings. Product refinement sessions in the afternoon with associates in the mid-west.
Absolutely needs to be fully competent to work independently in delivering complex work.
Not expected to mentor junior members of the team, but should be capable of interacting with stakeholders.
