Job Title: Insurance Domain Tech Lead – Annuities

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery for insurance and annuities-related projects.
Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, client teams, and offshore development teams.
Analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, architect, and implement solutions aligning with Allianz standards and frameworks.
Provide leadership in systems integration, annuity product implementations, and platform modernization efforts.
Review and guide code development, system design, and quality assurance.
Support production issues, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ensure on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous communication with project stakeholders.
Mentor and guide team members on domain-specific best practices.
Required Skills
8 years of experience in Insurance Technology, with strong expertise in Annuities (Immediate, Deferred, Fixed, and Variable).
Hands-on technical leadership experience with insurance domain platforms.
Strong understanding of annuity product lifecycle, policy administration, claims, underwriting, and compliance processes.
Experience with integration of third-party tools, legacy system modernization, and cloud migration preferred.
Strong communication and client interaction skills.
Ability to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
Knowledge of Allianz systems and processes is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a TCS implementation or similar offshore-onsite model.
Familiarity with platforms like ALIP, Life/400, AdminServer, or other annuity administration systems.
Agile/Scrum experience is desirable.
