Title: Mailroom Office Clerk (Onsite)
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Mailroom Office Clerk for a role in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate must have experience handling mail operations, data entry, and financial transactions. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a Level 2 background check due to handling money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up, sort, and distribute mail daily
- Perform internal and external mail runs using a company-provided vehicle
- Process outgoing mail and express shipments
- Enter revenue data into the system
- Handle financial transactions accurately
- Follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience handling money required
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
