Position Summary
- Provides safe patient care as delegated by licensed nursing staff and maintains equipment and supplies per unit standard.
Completed a nursing assistant course or equivalent experience, or completed a nursing or health care related clinical practicum course. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- One year of previous Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient communication, critical thinking, and prioritization skills required.
Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively in English to perform functions of the position.
- Skills in basic computer operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical administrative support by managing patient appointments and records efficiently.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist in patient communication and documentation.
- Ensure a welcoming environment for patients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $23.78 - $24.69 per hour
