Must-Have Skills & Experience : Extensive UX Experience :
7 years of proven expertise in user experience design or related roles.Leadership & Collaboration :
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within design teams and cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.Advanced Design Skills :
Expertise in Interaction Design, Visual / UI Design, and Information Architecture. Intermediate skills in User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.Technical Understanding :
Strong technical literacy, including an in-depth understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the overall technology stack's impact on user experience.Innovative & Strategic Thinking :
Proven ability to develop exceptional user experiences that surpass expectations, drive innovation, and create compelling "north star " visions.System-Level Thinking :
Familiarity with system-level thinking and its application in design.Executive Communication :
Comfortable and confident presenting work and ideas to executive stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :
