Minimum Mandatory Requirements (in MMR response specifically address every item under each bullet point)
- 2 years AWS experience including support of multiple applications working together in the cloud and utilizing cloud architecture.
- 5 years each of the following writing and project management skills : writing responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposal), computing legislative fiscal notes, creating documentation, writing training and testing procedures, updating grants and budgets, interviewing, conducting 1 : 1s, customer outreach, curating culture and norms for remote teams, managing multiple concurrent scrum teams and training new developers.
- 8 years designing and developing registration systems for death, birth, stillbirth, divorce, marriage and the issuance of their certificates.
- 10 years each of the following : JAVA, SQL, architecting software applications, PHP, VBScript, debugging, scrum / agile development
should include certificates for at least four of the following active certifications :
B.S. degree required, masters preferred.
