Job Overview
The Solution Data Architect will play a key role in managing and delivering multiple projects by providing technical solutions, enforcing standards, and working with multiple scrum teams . The ideal candidate will have expertise in data architecture, API integrations, performance tuning, and database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Informatica. Experience with cloud platforms (MongoDB, Azure, AWS) and insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & Solution Architecture :
- Define data architecture solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Handle multiple projects , providing technical solutions and ensuring consistency across all implementations.
- Collaborate with scrum teams, API & Web Service teams , and other stakeholders to design and develop scalable data solutions .
- Establish and enforce data architecture standards across all projects.
- Guide data modeling, data governance, and data integration strategies .
Database & Cloud Technologies :
Work with SQL Server, Oracle, and Informatica to develop and optimize data solutions.Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting .Provide expertise in cloud-based database solutions such as MongoDB, Azure, and AWS (preferred but not mandatory).Data Integration & API Management :
Design and implement API-driven data solutions to facilitate seamless integration across enterprise applications.Collaborate with API and Web Service teams to optimize data flows and application performance.Ensure high availability, security, and compliance in data processing.Project Management & Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions .Participate in agile development processes , providing architectural guidance and best practices.Mentor junior team members and provide knowledge sharing on best practices and standards.Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation & Experience :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles.Experience working in the Insurance domain is a plus .Technical Skills :
Strong experience in SQL Server, Oracle, and Informatica .Proven performance tuning and optimization skills for databases and applications.Hands-on experience with API development, integration, and Web Services .Knowledge of MongoDB, Azure, and AWS (preferred).Experience in data governance, ETL processes, and enterprise data modeling .Soft Skills :
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience in enforcing data architecture standards and best practices .
