Job Description:
The North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT) is seeking a Mid-Level .NET/C#/Java Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support the NCCRIS Project. This role involves migrating Java applications to .NET and developing new enterprise web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, C#, Java, and AEM.
- Migrate Java applications to the .NET platform.
- Design, build, and consume SOAP & RESTful web services.
- Implement HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for UI development.
- Use GIT & Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD.
- Work with business teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
- Provide technical documentation, testing, and end-user support.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in .NET, C#, Java, and AEM.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases.
- Experience with SOAP & REST web services and UI technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in GIT & Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with application analysis, testing, and documentation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core and Entity Framework/Dapper.
- Familiarity with nUnit or MSTest testing frameworks.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
