*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marriott hotels and hotel housekeeping management ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, Public Area Attendants and Laundry
- Create Weekly Schedules for housekeeping staff
- Knowledge of Hotel Effectiveness
-Complete Bi-Weekly Inventory
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
*Experience*
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of custodial and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in cleanliness
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment
