Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, countertops, and serving utensils.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards throughout the service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and manage inventory levels for breakfast items.
- Assist in bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining area.
- Support catering events as needed, contributing to the overall guest experience.
Skills
- Experience in cash handling is preferred to manage transactions effectively.
- Background in catering or culinary services is a plus for understanding food preparation standards.
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities can enhance service quality for guests with specific dietary needs.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial for customer interaction skills.
