Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
