Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed while ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Assist in the cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing according to hotel policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
