The Role

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for engineering who enjoys connecting with people, identifying their needs, and offering solutions. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving new business and maintaining strong client relationships

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through research, outreach, networking, and your existing rolodex
• Present Alogus’ services and capabilities to prospective clients in a clear and compelling way
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand project needs and align sales strategies accordingly
• Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales plans
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical engineering, manufacturing, and product development is a plus
