The ideal candidate for this position will understand the day-to-day expectations of our irrigation labor projects and follow through to meet our client’s needs based on the project speculations and design.
Responsibilities:
- Irrigation lead on projects and managing the irrigation techs
- Oversee and perform irrigation technician duties safely and efficiently
- Trouble shoot existing irrigation systems and repair as needed
- Install new irrigation systems from initial Point of Connection to final Spray Nozzle to Timer Clock wiring and installation
- Fille out Time & Material tracking paperwork and submit after each project.
- Follow assigned work and schedules.
- Must be self-motivated and able to build strong relationships with clients and employees.
- Ensure quality work up to Company standards
- Assist at the shop to include sweeping, organizing, cleaning
- Take good care of our equipment. Ensure proper Oil & Gas Mixture and safe handling
- Perform other various duties as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Irrigation or related plumbing experience
- 1-3 years of lead/management experience
- Operate equipment, drive with trailer or other small equipment.
- Great communications in both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license required.
- You must be professional and friendly, paying attention to detail, and take pride in your work.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be able to bend down to ground, squat, kneel and preform physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours.
