We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Foreman to oversee the daily operations of landscape maintenance for both commercial and residential properties across Oahu. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape design, construction, and upkeep, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding.
• Operate and drive a company vehicle with necessary maintenance equipment and crew.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping personnel.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Plan and assign daily work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Educate customers on lawn care, irrigation, and pest control best practices.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure crews maintain high-quality work standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant care, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate and transport landscaping equipment, including trailers and small machinery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and manage a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years of experience in landscape maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience in irrigation system maintenance, repair, or modification.
• Detail-oriented, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and working outdoors for up to 8 hours in various weather conditions.
