Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required, including vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and diagnostics.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with technicians to align on repairs needed and communicate effectively with customers about the status of their vehicles.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about dealership promotions, new products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in managing the workflow within the service department to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications
